A Bedouin women’s embroidery and sewing center for art and craft enthusiasts
This traditional Bedouin embroidery workshop offers a deep cultural experience. Embroidery represents an entire world of stories, symbols, and heritage. During the workshop, you will hear how a group of women from the village of Rahma came together to form an embroidery and sewing collective.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the art of embroidery firsthand and create a beautiful embroidered keychain featuring a striking traditional Bedouin pattern.
Treat yourself to an inspiring creative experience and join us for a traditional Bedouin embroidery workshop with the women of Rahma village. We will begin with a cup of Bedouin tea and hear the powerful story behind the establishment of the groundbreaking Agram Sewing Workshop, before moving on to hands-on creation based on traditional Bedouin embroidery techniques.
